Capital Improvement
A Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a multi-year planning document that identifies and schedules major municipal investments such as roads, buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. The CIP helps the Town plan for future needs, prioritize projects, and responsibly manage public funds by looking ahead at costs, timing, and available funding. It is updated regularly to reflect changing community needs and financial conditions.
