On occasion the Town Council appoints Ad Hoc committees to study, review and report on specific topics. The Committees at this time are the Comprehensive Plan Committee, the Economic Development Committee, the Hermon Community Policing Committee (Public Safety), the Recycling Committee, the Recreation Committee, and the Road and Street Committee.   Ad Hoc committees typically consist of Council members and members of the community. Committee members are appointed by the Council. If you are interested in serving on a committee please contact the Council Chair, the Town Manager or the Town Clerk. Please feel free to check out our current committees and the work they are doing by contacting the Town Office at 207-848-1010.
